You fully understand and acknowledge that 702 Housing LLC. is not a hotel, motel, or extended stay facility. You will be leasing a privately owned property that will be located within a common interest community in which 702 Housing LLC has no affiliation with other than the property in which it holds. You will be signing a legally binding lease agreement with 702 Housing and additionally agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community in which the property is located. While we offer flexible leasing options, we do not offer the same level of flexibility offered by a hotel, motel or extended stay.*
