You acknowledge that 702 Housing LLC is not a hotel, motel, or extended-stay facility. You will be leasing a privately owned residential property located within a community governed by its own rules and regulations. Your lease is a legally binding residential lease agreement with 702 Housing LLC, and you agree to comply with all applicable community and HOA rules during your stay. While we offer flexible lease terms, they do not provide the same level of flexibility as a hotel or extended-stay accommodation. * I understand. I need further clarification.

Each home includes Wi-Fi and a Smart TV or Roku device, allowing you to access your personal streaming accounts during your stay. Cable service is not included, though live TV streaming services such as Hulu + Live TV may be used independently. A one-time $250 administrative fee applies to new bookings and covers reservation setup, documentation, and onboarding. * I understand I need further clarification

A refundable security and damage deposit is required and typically equals one month of rent. The exact amount may vary based on the property, lease term, and applicant qualifications and will be clearly stated in the lease agreement. * I understand. I need further clarification.

A one-time cleaning fee applies at move-out and is based on unit size: $200 for one-bedroom, $225 for two-bedrooms, and $250 for three-bedrooms. * I understand. I need further clarification.

The cleaning fee covers standard move-out cleaning under normal conditions. Homes that have not been professionally cleaned for more than 30 days may require additional deep-cleaning services at checkout. Homes are secured in the order applications are completed. Once your application is approved and all required steps are finalized, including signing the lease and completing move-in payment, your booking is confirmed. Tenants moving into a property located on S. Durango are required to register with the community HOA office as soon as possible after check-in. This community does not allow work vehicles displaying company logos to park on-site, and any visible logos must be fully covered with a magnetic sign or vehicle cover while parked within the community. HOA registration fees are paid directly to the community and are not included in the lease; current fees include $10 per vehicle for a parking decal, $50 per vehicle for an optional transponder, and $10 per key fob. * I understand I need clarification
