How does this work?

702 Housing provides fully-furnished rental units that are available on a month-to-month basis. The rental rate includes all utilities and internet.

Are you a hotel or extended stay?

Neither. You’ll be staying in a private residence, not a hotel room. Each property is fully furnished and set up like a traditional dwelling, offering privacy, space, and comfort that feels like home.

Will the property I book look like the photos online?

Yes. The photos show the actual property you’ll be renting. While furnishings may occasionally be refreshed, the overall layout, quality, and style will match what you see online.

Will I need to bring any housewares with me when I move in?

Nope — your kitchen is stocked with housewares and linens are included too. We even provide starter essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap so you can walk into comfort.

Is internet included?

High-speed internet with up to 150 Mbps is included as standard. For guests who need additional speed, upgrade options may be available upon request.

Are pets allowed?

Most of our homes are pet-friendly! There are some size or breed limits with each property, and a one-time $250 pet fee applies. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.

Does each home have a washer and dryer?

Yes. Every property includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Can I request a specific location or feature?

What is your smoking policy?

All homes are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking outside is permitted as long as doors and windows remain closed. Smoking inside may result in additional charges.

How does mail and package delivery work?

Mailbox keys are provided with the home, allowing you to receive mail during your stay. Packages are typically delivered directly to the front door.

What is the minimum stay?

To comply with local and HOA regulations, stays must be at least 31 days. Some properties require a 60-day minimum. Please refer to the individual listing for details.

What does the monthly rate include?

Your monthly rate includes rent, electricity, gas, water, trash, parking, community amenity access and high-speed internet. There are no surprise utility bills.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and is typically equal to one month’s rent. The exact amount will be outlined in your lease agreement.

How is my security deposit returned?

After checkout, you’ll complete a short online check-out form with your forwarding information. Once the property inspection is complete, deposits are returned within 30 days.

Are there any additional move-in fees?

Yes. A $250 administrative fee applies at move-in, along with a one-time cleaning fee based on the home size: $200 for one-bedroom homes, $225 for two-bedroom homes, and $250 for three-bedroom homes.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Credit cards are accepted for application fees and monthly rent. Security deposits must be paid by check, wire, ACH, direct deposit or Zelle.

How quickly can I move in?

If your application is submitted by noon on a weekday and the home is ready, same-day move-in may be possible. Contact us to confirm availability.

How much notice is required to move out?

Month-to-month leases require 30 days’ notice. If you already have a confirmed checkout date, no additional notice is needed.

What if I’m not sure how long I’ll stay?

That’s perfectly fine. Our month-to-month structure allows flexibility. When you’re ready to move out, simply provide 30 days’ notice.

Can I reserve a home in advance?

In many cases, yes. If a future availability date is confirmed, we can reserve the home ahead of time. If not, we’re happy to place you on our waitlist and notify you when something opens up.

  2. Apply online
    Complete the application for your chosen home. A $50 application fee is due at submission and places the home on hold for you.

  3. Sign your lease
    Within one business day, a reservation specialist will email your lease and next steps.

  4. Move-in ready
    After payment, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet with check-in instructions and property details.
