Tenants moving into a S. Durango (Vistana) property will be required to register with the HOA office as soon as possible after check-in. This community does not allow work vehicles with company logos to park on-site. Work logos must be covered with a large magnet or cover. Registration fees are as follows: $10 parking decal/car, $50 optional transponder/car, $10/key fob. Please note if Tenant will pay the registration fees directly to the community or if you would like 702 Housing to send payment on behalf of Tenant.(Required)
